Cancellation Policies

Need to Cancel?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 989-362-8000 before the deadlines listed below to receive your refund, minus processing fees further set below. Text, phone messages or email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel your reservation, you must call during office hours and speak to our staff.

RV & Tent Sites: 72 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled day of arrival is required. Please call Northern Bear Paw RV Park by 4:00PM three (3) days before your scheduled arrival to receive your refund, minus a $25 processing fee. 

Camping Cabins and Glamping Tents: Seven (7) days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled day of arrival is required. Please call Northern Bear Paw RV Park by 4:00PM seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival to receive your refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

Monthly Reservations: Ninety (90) days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival is required. Please call Northern Bear Paw RV Park by 4:00PM Ninety (90) days before your scheduled arrival to receive your refund, minus a $100 processing fee.

Seasonal Reservations: No refunds. 

Holidays and Special Events: 14 Day cancellation notice prior to your scheduled day of arrival is required. Please call Northern Bear Paw RV Park by 4:00PM three (14) days before your scheduled arrival to receive your refund, minus a $25 processing fee. 

NO SHOW POLICY: Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in a cancelled reservation and full forfeiture of funds.
